Lo Schiavo is fascinated by some of the greatest masters of contemporary theater and dance of the late twentieth century as well as by Bill Viola’s video art and Crypto Punks. In his latest work, Robotica, the artist creates a strong link between the stage and the viewer, maintaining a ritualistic effect so typical of the theater, but at times altering its patterns, proposing an unexpected and spectacular finale.
